In this composition I have used the design element SPACE. Using space between object shows depth between them. The larger object was copied and scaled down to create the objects that are further away. These objects created to simulate something in outer space and are considered positive space, while the black background with stars, and gases are considered negative space.
In this composition I have used the design element SHAPE. The rectangles to the far left were created as a wall, the smaller they are the further they appear. The white square that the wall leads you to is simulating a light source. For the ground/floor, text was shaped as a rectangle and was distorted to put it in perspective. While the shape of the dog and the distorted shape of its shadow was used to make this composition more interesting.
In this composition I have used the design element LINE. The main focus of this design is the sea turtle, created by making lines with the brush tool. Thicker lines are used to created the outline of the subject, then thinner lines are used for detail and shading to show volume. Then I created a blue background to make the subject stand out.
